An easy, yum way to spruce up your weekend breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- eggs
- milk
- butter
- goats cheese
- herbs (fresh or dried)
- salt
- pepper
- bread, toasted (optional)
METHOD
Beat the eggs, a good portion of milk, herbs, salt and pepper together in a bowl and scramble as usual. Once cooked, remove from the beat and stir in a bit of butter along with pieces of goat’s cheese. Stir in for about a minute until the cheese has started to melt. Serve with buttered toast.
