These paleo treats are easy to make, healthy and delicious.
I made this healthy vegetable brunch today, which I’ll probably have again for breakfast tomorrow.
I made up this vegetarian curry ‘from scratch’ using the spices we had in the cupboard. You can use curry powder if you prefer, but this was easy enough to put together if you don’t have any to hand. Enjoy!

A delicious side dish
This dish is especially nice when you have a cold and need some comfort food. Right up there with good old chicken noodle soup in my opinion.
Although I was a big fan of Laksa in my uni days, this is the first time I’ve made it and I’m happy to say it’s surprisingly fast and easy to make.
Only a few days left!! 😀
