INGREDIENTS
- onion
- garlic
- chicken thigh, cubed (breast can also be used)
- korma curry paste
- chicken stock cube
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 cup water
- potato, diced
- carrots, sliced
- capsicum, sliced
- beans, sliced
- coconut milk
- pappadums
- rice
- chutney (optional)
METHOD
Fry onion and garlic in oil. Brown chicken. Add korma curry paste. Add flour, chicken stock. Add water. Add vegetables and simmer until cooked through. Add coconut milk. Serve with pappadums, rice and chutney.
