INGREDIENTS
- 500g good quality mince meat
- 1 brown onion, diced very fine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4/5 heaped teaspoons minced chilli
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- half a bunch of corriander, leaves only, finely diced
- salt and pepper
METHOD
Mix it all together. Make 6 flat patties. Flame grill on the BBQ and when nearly done melt cheese on top. Toast buns. Serve with BBQ’d mushrooms, onions, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, coleslaw and bacon.
