A delicious pizza combination I concocted tonight for dinner…

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pita or naan bread (for pizza base)
  • tomato paste
  • pesto
  • dried herbs
  • pepper
  • chilli flakes
  • broccoli, steamed
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • red onion, sliced
  • green olives
  • black olives
  • fetta
  • cheese, grated

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place naan bread on a pizza tray and spread with tomato paste, pesto, herbs and chilli flakes.   Add onion, broccoli, mushrooms, olives, fetta and a small amount of grated cheese. Season with pepper and dried herbs. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until done.
