Can&#8217;t wait to try it!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>salmon steak<\/li>\n<li>couscous<\/li>\n<li>parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>pine nuts<\/li>\n<li>roast vegetables, chopped<\/li>\n<li>white wine<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. Roast vegetables. Simmer white wine. Pour warm wine in with cous cous and cover for 5 min. Stir in parsley and pinenuts. Spread over the salmon and bake in oven for ten minutes.
