I&#8217;ve modified this recipe slightly:\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/itscookincheap.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/11\/fakd-nakd-cocoa-loco\" href=\"http:\/\/itscookincheap.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/11\/fakd-nakd-cocoa-loco\">http:\/\/itscookincheap.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/11\/fakd-nakd-cocoa-loco<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not a big fan of peanut butter\u00a0(or the almond paste, which tastes basically the same), so I might leave this out next time.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>150 grams deseeded dates<\/li>\n<li>50 grams raisins<\/li>\n<li>100 grams rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>20 grams walnuts<\/li>\n<li>20 grams almonds<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup water<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons almond paste (or peanut butter if not paleo)<\/li>\n<li>vanilla essence (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<p>You really need a food processor for this recipe. I used my hand held\u00a0blender and nearly burnt out the motor! Basically throw everything in together and whizz it up until roughly blended &#8211; it can be a bit chunky still, that&#8217;s fine. Then place 2 dessert spoons full of mixture onto a piece of clingwrap, shape into a bar and place under a baking tray or book to flatten.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m storing my bars in a sealed container in the cupboard.
