Strange I know. A good option if you&#8217;re avoiding wheat or on\u00a0a Paleo detox.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 large cauliflower<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons coconut flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup mozzarella, shredded<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>freshly cracked pepper<\/li>\n<li>dried herbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Grate or food process the cauliflower into rice sized pieces. Mix in the eggs, coconut flour, cheeses and seasoning. Roll into a ball and squeeze out any excess water. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press out flat into the shape of a small pizza base. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until firm and browned on top.
