You can store this mixture for up to six months and add it to your tea.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bc cinnamon sticks<\/li>\n<li>6 cloves<\/li>\n<li>4 black peppercorns<\/li>\n<li>6 green cardamoms<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon fennel seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dry roast all the ingredients except the ginger for about 1-4 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Then add the ginger and leave to cool. Grind down in a pestle &amp; mortar or a coffee grinder.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>Add \u00bc teaspoon to flavour 2 cups of tea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe is from the SBS Food Safari.
