I prepared the salad on the weekend so I had my first few lunches of the week sorted.<\/p>\n<p><em>Snacks<br \/>\n<\/em>Pistachio nuts<br \/>\n1 orange<\/p>\n<p><em>Dinner<br \/>\n<\/em>Left over Thai red fish and vegetable curry.<\/p>\n<p>Dessert<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n1 choco nakd bar!! These are amazing!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Breakfast<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nBanana and blueberry smoothie wth coconut light milk made from blending coconut cream in a block the with filtered water. A good alternative if youve run out of unsweetened almond milk.<br \/>\nChilli tomato\u00a0concasse\u00a0with peppers, chillies, leek, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and brown onions pre-made the night before. Served with a poached egg. I warmed it all up at work.<\/p>\n<p><em>Lunch<\/em><\/p>\n<p>broccoli, avocado and pesto chicken salad with grated carrots, sliced leeks, celery, spring onion on top of baby spinach leaves and sprinkled with mixed seeds<\/p>\n<p><em>Snacks<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 banana<br \/>\n1 clementine<\/p>\n<p><em>Dinner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Roasted pepper stuffed with bolognese and served with a cucumber salad (with coconut blossom extract, freshly squeezed lemon juice and avocado oil) and sweet potato fries.<\/p>\n<p>Day 23<br \/>\nBreakfast<br \/>\n1 coffee<br \/>\nBanana and blueberry smoothie w coconut milk<br \/>\n4 eggy muffins, including one with ham<\/p>\n<p>Lunch<br \/>\nPesto chicken and avocado salad with peppers, leeks, spring onion, grated carrot and mixed seeds, served with a lemon and avocado oil vinegarette.<\/p>\n<p>Snacks<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n1 apple<br \/>\n1 mandarin<br \/>\nA handful of pistachio nuts<br \/>\n1 pecan pie nakd bar<br \/>\n1 black coffee<\/p>\n<p>Dinner<br \/>\nGreen olives<br \/>\nPlantain chips with taco meat served in cos lettuce boats, topped with home made spicy guacamole with finely diced tomatoes, red onions, chillis, lemon juice, salt and and avocado.<\/p>\n<p>Day 24<br \/>\nBreakfast<br \/>\nPaleo porridge made from almond meal, dessicated coconut, mixed dried fruit, organic linseed mix, chopped banana, dried apricot pieces and coconut milk heated until cooked.<br \/>\n2 egg Spanish omelette with diced peppers, tomato, spring onion, leek and salt, pepper and chillies.<\/p>\n<p>Snacks \/ lunch on the go<br \/>\n2 nakd bars (cashew ? and cocoa)<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\nCelery sticks<br \/>\nSnow peas \/ mange tout<br \/>\nCashews, salted<br \/>\nVegetable crisps (kind of cheating I know, but we did walk 7.5 miles in the mud!)<\/p>\n<p>Dinner<br \/>\n2 cos lettuce &#8220;boats&#8221; filled with bolognese sauce<\/p>\n<p>Midnight snack<br \/>\n2 eggy muffins (1 with ham) with hot sauce<\/p>\n<p>Day 25<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast<br \/>\n2 boiled eggs<\/p>\n<p>Lunch<br \/>\nLeft over Thai red fish curry served with green beans<\/p>\n<p>Snacks<br \/>\nBlueberries<br \/>\nSalted cashews<br \/>\n1 nakd bar<\/p>\n<p>Dinner<br \/>\nFree range roast lemon chicken with roasted sweet potato, carrots, mushrooms and onion, served with garlic and lemon green beans with onion gravy made with coconut flour and pink peppercorns.<\/p>\n<p>I also made a stock by simmering the carcass overnight in the slow cooker with carrot, onion and celery, bay leaf and pink peppercorns and then straining it all through a colander &#8211; I should have done this the first day as I&#8217;ve missed the taste of stock in my cooking, especially soups.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Three weeks in and I&#8217;m starting to feel good \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[53],"class_list":["post-768","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-detox","tag-paleo","post-preview"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/768","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=768"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/768\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1431,"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/768\/revisions\/1431"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=768"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=768"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=768"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
