{"id":70,"date":"2008-09-10T22:14:27","date_gmt":"2008-09-10T12:14:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jessgramp.com.au\/wordpress\/?p=70"},"modified":"2023-02-09T00:34:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T00:34:59","slug":"knoeplis-or-spaetzlis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/knoeplis-or-spaetzlis\/","title":{"rendered":"Knoeplis or Spaetzlis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A classic Swiss recipe and family favourite courtesy of my mum.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g flour<\/li>\n<li>pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>250ml milk or water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the mixture and add wet ingredients. Mix well to remove all lumps. Mixture should be sticky and stringy. Cover with gladwrap and refrigerate for an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Boil 2 litres of water with salt. Spread some of the mixture on a cutting board. Using a wet knife cut the mixture into little strings and push them into the boiling water.
