Another Johnson cookbook recipe.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>onion<\/li>\n<li>garlic<\/li>\n<li>chicken thigh, cubed (breast can also be used)<\/li>\n<li>korma curry paste<\/li>\n<li>chicken stock cube<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon plain flour<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>potato, diced<\/li>\n<li>carrots, sliced<\/li>\n<li>capsicum, sliced<\/li>\n<li>beans, sliced<\/li>\n<li>coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>pappadums<\/li>\n<li>rice<\/li>\n<li>chutney (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fry onion and garlic in oil. Brown chicken. Add korma curry paste. Add flour, chicken stock. Add water. Add vegetables and simmer until cooked through.\u00a0 Add coconut milk.
