Another recipe from the Johnson cookbook.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g mince<\/li>\n<li>onion (can be substituted with French onion soup mix)<\/li>\n<li>beef stock (can be substituted with French onion soup mix)<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>tomato sauce (optional)<\/li>\n<li>carrot, grated<\/li>\n<li>zucchini \/ courgette, grated<\/li>\n<li>any other leftover veges, diced or grated<\/li>\n<li>breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>flour<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine all ingredients, except for the flour.
