{"id":582,"date":"2013-04-07T20:48:10","date_gmt":"2013-04-07T20:48:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jessgramp.net\/recipes\/?p=582"},"modified":"2023-02-09T00:34:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T00:34:57","slug":"vege-burgers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/vege-burgers\/","title":{"rendered":"Vege burgers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Looking forward to trying these vege patties.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 burger buns, halved<\/li>\n<li>4 lettuce leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 tomatoes, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px\">burger patties mix<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 16px\">225g azuki beans<\/span><\/li>\n<li>30g cheddar cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of hot mustard<\/li>\n<li>parsley, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>a pinch of chilli powder<\/li>\n<li>85g of wholemeal breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>mayonaisse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Mix together the beans, beaten eggs, cheese, mustard and parsley. Add the chilli and salt. Add the parsley and breadcrumbs and mix. If it&#8217;s too soft, add some more breadcrumbs. Divide in four (using\u00a0patisserie circles if you have them).\u00a0Cook the patties on an oven tray for 20-25 minutes. Add your bread roles to the oven for the last 5 minutes to brown.
