{"id":493,"date":"2012-10-31T22:59:05","date_gmt":"2012-10-31T22:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jessgramp.net\/recipes\/?p=493"},"modified":"2023-02-09T00:34:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T00:34:57","slug":"tomato-mascapone-prawn-spaghetti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/tomato-mascapone-prawn-spaghetti\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomato, mascarpone and prawn spaghetti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A yummy dinner I made tonight.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>onions, diced<\/li>\n<li>garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>tomatoes, diced<\/li>\n<li>mushrooms, sliced<\/li>\n<li>white wine<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>passata or diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>cooked prawns<\/li>\n<li>spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>chilli flakes<\/li>\n<li>black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<p>Put the\u00a0spaghetti on to cook.\u00a0Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the mushrooms.\u00a0Saut\u00e9\u00a0for a few minutes. Add some mascarpone. Stir in white wine. Stir in the passata\/diced tomatoes. Season with chicken stock, black pepper and chilli flakes. Add the prawns.
