They&#8217;d also be great made on wholemeal flour.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups self raising flour<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cups brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>150g frozen blueberries and raspberries<\/li>\n<li>1 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup butter or oil<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 190 degrees and grease an 8 portion muffin tin. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Add blueberries and raspberries and stir. Add milk, butter\/oil, egg and stir until combined, but avoid stirring too much! Scoop mix into muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes or until skewer removes clean.<\/p>\n<p>Turn onto wire rack to cool a little. Serve warm.
