This recipe is from the <a title=\"opens in new window\" href=\"http:\/\/aww.ninemsn.com.au\/article.aspx?id=39736\">Women&#8217;s Weekly online Cookbook<\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 small cauliflower<\/li>\n<li>45g butter<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons flour<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd cups milk<\/li>\n<li>60g grated cheese<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup fresh breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>extra grated cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><br \/>\nCut cauliflower into large flowerets. Cook in boiling salted water until tender, remove from heat, drain.<\/p>\n<p>Put butter in pan, stir over medium heat until melted. Add flour, stir until smooth, cook 1 minute. Add milk gradually, stir until smooth, stir until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat, add grated cheese, salt and pepper, stir until cheese melts.<\/p>\n<p>Grease an ovenproof dish, place cauliflower in dish and pour white sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle breadcrumbs mixture on top of cauliflower. Bake at 180\u00b0C for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My favourite way to eat cauliflower.
