If you don&#8217;t have cheese you can add milk or creme fraiche instead, or just eat as is.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 grams brussels sprouts<\/li>\n<li>30 grams butter<\/li>\n<li>1 onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>6 rashers of bacon, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 potato, cut<\/li>\n<li>1 litre chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>Boisson cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<p>Fry the onion in butter. Add the bacon and fry until done. Add the brussels sprouts, potato and stock. Once done, blend until smooth.
