{"id":403,"date":"2012-02-26T20:37:53","date_gmt":"2012-02-26T20:37:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jessgramp.net\/recipes\/?p=403"},"modified":"2023-02-09T00:34:58","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T00:34:58","slug":"easy-fish-stew","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jessgramp.com\/recipes\/easy-fish-stew\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy Fish Stew"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An easy stew that can be used to make a fish bake if you add mash and bake in the oven.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tomatoes, tinned or\u00a0spaghetti\u00a0sauce<\/li>\n<li>carrots, sliced<\/li>\n<li>potatoes, chopped<\/li>\n<li>celery, sliced<\/li>\n<li>fish, chopped<\/li>\n<li>500ml vegetable stock<\/li>\n<li>white wine (optional)<\/li>\n<li>extra potatoes, mashed (only if you want to make a fish stew)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add the carrots, tomatoes and stock to a pan. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the fish and cook from another 15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, place the stew in a greased lasagne dish and top with mash and cheese.
