Also check out the\u00a0<a title=\"Albanian Dolmades\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jessgramp.net\/recipes\/recipes\/albanian_dolmades\/\">dolmades recipe<\/a> from the same place.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 block greek fetta<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>7 tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>7 Peperoncini (light-green peppers)<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dice and fry the Peperoncini for 5-10 minutes in a little olive oil, add tomatoes for another 5-10 minutes until they are well cooked. Crumble in the fetta and stir. Add the eggs and stir until cooked. Season with pepper. Remove from heat and rest for a few hours until cooled.
