Guaranteed!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g good quality mince meat<\/li>\n<li>1 brown onion, diced very fine<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons flour<\/li>\n<li>4\/5 heaped teaspoons minced chilli<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>half a bunch of corriander, leaves only, finely diced<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix it all together. Make 6 flat patties. Flame grill on the BBQ and when nearly done melt cheese on top. Toast buns.
