Similar to my other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jessgramp.net\/recipes\/lentil-salad\/\">lentil salad recipe<\/a>, except I cheat with this one and use tinned lentils, so there&#8217;s no cooking required.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tin green lentil<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion<\/li>\n<li>parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 tomato (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<p>Drain the lentils, dice the onion, juice the lemon\u00a0and finely\u00a0chop the parsley.
