While this soup probably doesn’t sound appetising, it’s very nice. If you don’t have cheese you can add milk or creme fraiche instead, or just eat as is.
An easy stew that can be used to make a fish bake if you add mash and bake in the oven.
A nice alternative to pea and ham soup, perfect for a cold winter’s day.
This is a great meal for a dinner party. Delicious and easy to make. It feeds about 4-5.
This is a great meal for a dinner party. Delicious and easy to make. It feeds about 4-5. This curry recipe is from Tony who runs Bushwakkers – weekend adventures in South Wales. This recipe feeds four and is best made in the morning for an evening meal so it has time to rest -for at least 5 hours.
A great new potato salad recipe served up at breakfast at the V-Go hotel in Fethiye, Turkey. The chef kindly passed on his recipe to me and I’m looking forward to serving it up at my next BBQ.
