A traditional french vinaigrette…
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vineger
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- small garlic clove, crushed
METHOD
Whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and garlic. Slowly add the olive oil while continuing the whisk. Whisk again just prior to dressing the salad.
