Balsamic salad dressing

A simple dressing for greek or garden salads

INGREDIENTS

• 1 part balsamic vinegar
• pinch cayenne pepper
• pinch salt
• 8 twists of pepper
• 1 part olive oil

METHOD

Mix together everything but the olive oil, then add the oil and mix again. Serve over greek or garden salad.
