A salmon recipe I’m looking forward to trying…

INGREDIENTS

  • balsamic vinegar – 3 parts
  • soy sauce – 1 part
  • brown sugar
  • salmon steaks
  • baby spinach
  • new potatoes

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Boil water. Mix together in a small bowl 3 parts balsamic vinegar to 1 part soy with some brown sugar. Place the salmon in alfoil and pour the sauce over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Put new potatoes on to boil. Five minutes before serving, steam baby spinach in a wok with a generous splash of balsamic vinegar.
